high load of port tires

In view of the high load of port tires and frequent steering during operation, the bottom of the tire tread groove is prone to cracks. we analyze the reasons in time and formulate solutions.

1. Optimize the tread pattern design, increase the rounding radius at the intersection of the inner side of the pattern, close to full rounding, thereby reducing the stress concentration of the pattern.

2. Optimize the formula design of the tread rubber to improve the flexural resistance and tear resistance of the tread rubber. Due to the need for low heat generation, the use of a balanced vulcanization system can improve the heat generation performance of the tread rubber, and at the same time reduce the reversion phenomenon caused by excessive vulcanization time, improve the service life of the tire, and solve the problem of groove bottom cracking.
