Common quality defects in forming processes and measures taken

The common quality defects in the forming process are mainly caused by improper operation. Chinese tire manufacturers implement the "five positive, five negative, and one firm" operation method, with the aim of strictly following the requirements of the forming process conditions to ensure the forming quality.

The five main components of the tire fabric tube, buffer layer, tread rubber, steel bead, and tire bead wrapping must be aligned. Asymmetry not only affects the uniformity of the tire, but also causes local stress increase and damage.

Five nots refer to no bubbles, no folds, no impurities, no broken wires, and no glue falling.

One fastening means that all components must be firmly attached.
